We need to collect personal information from our customers in the regular course of doing business. This form lets you know exactly how we’re protecting the information you entrust to us.


LikeUs Communications does not currently collect sensitive information. Should we do so in future, we will only do so with express consent. Sensitive information could include collecting financial information for a credit check. We may need to collect information to complete a sale or transaction, such as information to arrange for a delivery. If we do so, you will know the purpose ahead of time and we will only collect the information needed in order to complete the transaction.


We currently collect and use your e-mail for the purposes of remaining in touch with you during the duration of the project(s) you have agreed to. Communication will strictly be used to provide updates, gather information required for the project or anything else related to the project or in building our business relationship. You may opt out at anytime by writing “unsubscribe” in the subject line of your email, in which case all email communication with you will immediately cease.



We store the following in paper files, in a secure environment with an alarm system:

  • Supplied Passwords


Personal information stored in electronic files is limited and protected by computer passwords, firewalls and regular monitoring by an IT security specialist.


We regularly go through old files and destroy any personal information that we no longer need.


Third Parties

We share personal information with direct project contractors. Our contracts require the third party to protect your information and only use your information for the purposes set out in the contract. All contractors must have their own privacy policies.

The main reasons we collect personal information from you are in order to help you with:

  • Contests/Surveys
  • Marketing: websites, social media, SEO, print material, sales copy
  • To complete a sale/transaction

If it’s a necessary part of any of these transactions, we may disclose your information to another company. For example, we may pass on your name and address to a courier company in order to complete a delivery for you.

To complete a sale/transaction, for marketing, for contest/surveys, we may require the following:

  • Passwords and full login information to social media accounts, Google, MS, WordPress, your hosting company or domain name provider

We limit the collection of personal information obtained. Personal information is typically required for marketing purposes including the building or editing of websites, in order to administer an online program or service, in order to monitor, regulate or use social media accounts, for credit transactions such as if asked to purchase a plan/program/product online on your behalf, contests or surveys, and other related marketing or customer service related transactions.
